No, we collaborate with several trusted nitinol suppliers. These established partnerships enable us to source the highest quality materials tailored to your project needs. Nitinol ingots are extremely difficult and require extensive capital equipment to produce. Main sources of nitinol come from Germany, Japan, China, and more recently U.S.
- Do you have minimum order requirements?
While we do have a nominal minimum charge for projects, there are no minimum order requirements.
- Do you only work on medical device projects?
No, we are open to engaging in projects across various industries. Nitinol is our area of expertise, and we are eager to explore innovative solutions for a wide range of applications.
- Do you work with other alloys besides nitinol?
Yes, we have experience working with a variety of alloys in addition to nitinol, mainly forming and finishing.
- Do you do laser cutting in-house?
We do not perform laser cutting in-house. However, we have strong partnerships with several laser cutting specialists and collaborate with them to ensure the best solutions for your specific needs. This allows us extreme flexibility to connect with purpose-built laser processing to address all of our requirements.
